Instructions for printing your CME Transcript
Step One: Login
Log in to your account with the Medical Association with your email address and password by clicking Sign In above. If you are unsure if you have an account please click here to see if an account exists for your email address. Please DO NOT create a new account if you are a physician, you should already have credentials.
Step Two: Access to Your CME Transcript
Once you are logged in please click
HERE and then click the
CME Transcript heading.
Step Three: Saving and Printing
Enter the date range, Click Refresh and Export to pdf for printing
